Sigma 105mm 2.8 OS DG Macro Lens for Canon Not Working

It comes with Lens Hood, Rear Cap.

It shows signs of use.

The optics look clean with a few dust specks inside.

There seems to be something loose inside and when taking a picture it appears as if the image moves as it’s taken.
