Rolleiflex Automat 3 Medium Format Camera Not Working

Serial number: 805367

It shows signs of use and corrosion. The lenses are cloudy.  Shutter fires. Aperture and shutter speed levers move smoothly. The film counter is stuck at 10. No further testing has been done.
