It comes with just a rear cap. No tripod collar. No front cover.
It shows heavy wear. The front rubber bumper ring is out of shape but this is purely cosmetic. The lens has a few small scratches / cleaning marks and some dust inside but otherwise looks clean.
All functions work well. Autofocus is fast and sharp.
