Pentax Spotmatic SP Film Camera Body Not Working

It shows signs of use.

After advancing the film the mirror stays in the up position until the shutter is fired - it shouldn’t. The meter is untested. All other camera functions appear to work well. Speeds are accurate. Frame counter and self-timer work.
