Nikon F3 Film Camera Body Only Not Working

It comes with a Focusing Screen K but the focusing screen falls from the body if no finder is attached.

It shows signs of use.

Shutter speeds 1/2000 to 1/60 work but speeds 1/30 and slower do not work at all. Exposure meter works. Frame counter and self-timer work.
