Focus doesn't operate. Autofocus doesn't work. Manual focus doesn't work. Zoom works well. Zoom and focus ring move smoothly.
It shows signs of use, particularly where the lens hood attaches to the lens. The optics are free of scratches, haze, and fungus. There are a few dust specks inside.
