Nikon AF-S 70-200mm 2.8E FL Lens Not Working

It comes with a front cap.

The rear mount has been disassembled and the cable seen on the rear seems to be damaged. It’s unknown whether all the parts are there or some may be missing. The lens has one very small scratch.
