It comes with both caps.

Cosmetically the lens is in excellent condition showing moderate wear.

Optically the lens is in good condition consistent with its age but if you shine a light through it you will notice a light haze.

The focus ring moves well from end to end but feels a touch dry. The aperture ring moves smoothly and the diaphragm opens and closes properly.
