Early Pentax Takumar 135mm 3.5 Preset M42 Lens Not Working

It comes with a a case but no caps.

It has a few coating marks and dust specks inside.

The aperture rings move but the diaphragm doesn’t; it’s stuck semi-open. Focus ring moves smoothly.
