Canon VI-T EP Rangefinder Camera Body Not Working

It show signs of use.

Viewfinder is bright and clear. Rangefinder window is bright and contrasty.

The shutter doesn't fire anymore for some reason. It was working recently but something must have happened and now it doesn't fire.
