Canon Super-Canomatic 100mm F2 Lens Not Working

Lens only. No caps.

It shows sings of use.

It's hard to see from the outside as the diaphragm doesn't open up but the lens may have fungus inside.

The diaphragm is stuck and doesn’t respond to the aperture rings. Focus ring moves smoothly.
