Canon IVSB EP Film Camera Body Not Working

It shows signs of use. Viewfinder and rangefinder are good for their age. Rangefinder is well aligned. Shutter fires and film advances but the curtains are slow to return to position. Fast speeds sound good but slow speeds are inconsistent.
